1. Can I order less than container load directly from the factory?
Absolutely. We support sample orders shipped via DHL or LCL by sea and air, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
2. What is the lead time for factory direct orders?
For factory direct orders, we promise a lead time of 45 days for a 20FT container and 55 days for a 40 HC container.
3. What is the cost to develop a new custom product?
There are initial costs for mold and sample creation. However, these costs will be refunded once you place an official order with us.
4. Can I private label existing products?
Yes, we offer private labeling and customized carton box designs to meet your specific requirements.
5. Do you offer custom planter colors?
